Life is full of uncertainty, it was a year back James Gosling “Father of Java” resigned from Oracle who bought Sun Microsystem, the birth place of java and the company responsible for the enlightenment of Open Source. For some unknown reason which may be the micromanagement of Oracle or something else, James Gosling resigned from the job and a year from then he joins Google. Google is the next big company responsible for backing up open source projects/concepts. What made James Gosling make this decision, is it because he loves to be open sourced and Google also believes so which was not happening with Oracle? Or will this proves that Google is the destination of every creative mind?
Whatever be the reason, in my humble opinion, it is good for the community and for Google and James Gosling himself as well. Google got a creative and experience mind. James got the place he admires. And community expects something good from this news. Might be a win-win situation for everyone
